He further said that if the top officials are not named in the FIR  Imran they will consider the FIR as a mere piece of paper. In a tweet, PML-Q leader Munis Elahi said that the Punjab government has stopped the IG Punjab from registering an FIR against "unknown" people.

Tehreek-e-Insaf Senior Vice President Fawad Chaudhary says that Tehreek-e-Insaf has expressed its stand that if the FIR contains the names of Shahbaz Sharif, Rana Sanaullah and an army officer, then this FIR  Imran is legal. Any corruption of these names is not acceptable to Tehreek-e-Insaaf and it will be a worthless piece of paper for us.

Punjab government spokesperson Musrat Cheema said in a statement that filing an FIR  Imran against anyone other than the accused named by Tehreek-e-Insaaf in the murderous attack on Imran Khan is like wasting time and confusing the case. Such a cover up is not approved by the entire nation including Imran Khan. This is the case in the life of Pakistan's most popular leader. We reject such FIRs, people will now participate with more passion and enthusiasm for a real Azadi March.

On Monday, the Supreme Court of Pakistan gave the police a 24-hour deadline to register anFIR  Imran. Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi held two lengthy meetings with Imran Khan at Zaman Park on a court order.

In these meetings, there was a detailed discussion about the contents of the FIR  Imran. In the evening, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi again reached Zaman Park and again held a long meeting.

Even if they do not come to any

conclusion, the police will register an FR regarding the actual facts of the incident.
On the other hand, work at Wazirabad Police Station Kunjah is technically and practically suspended.

A police station official told Urdu News that no diary entry has been made at the police station since November 3. As the work has been stopped due to non-decision of the FIR on the attack on Imran Khan, once the FIR is discontinued, it will be recorded on the same date and the incident will also be recorded on the same day in the newspaper. This is the reason why they are not receiving applications from ordinary citizens yet.
